Job Title: SDR

Reports to: Sales Manager


Position is hybrid. One week per month in the office.


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager (SDR) to identify, engage and develop new business opportunities with potential customers. The SDR will be responsible for qualifying leads and building strong relationships with prospects to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively research and identify new business opportunities through various channels such as social media, email marketing and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and purchasing behaviors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by providing complete and appropriate solutions to their problems and challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification.
  • Utilize CRM software, particularly with HubSpot, to accurately track and report on lead activity and progress.
  • Continuously update and enhance product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a tech B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team-oriented environment.
